Privacy note

What we do with your details.

Last updated 2 July 2026

VoiceLock is at an early, pre-product stage. This note covers the only personal data we collect right now: what you share when you reserve a pilot. It's written plainly on purpose. It is not a substitute for the fuller policy we'll publish if and when there's a product to sign up for.

What we collect

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

To contact you about the VoiceLock pilot and to gauge whether there's real demand for it. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. That's the only thing we use it for — no newsletter, no sales sequence.

Where it's stored, and who sees it

Your details are stored in Cloudflare KV, on infrastructure we control. We send ourselves a notification of each reservation through Resend (an email provider) so we don't miss you. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and there is no advertising or analytics tracker following you around this site.

How long we keep it

Only as long as this validation exercise runs, plus a short wind-down. If we decide not to build, we delete the list. You can ask us to remove you at any time — before that.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — just email hello@voicelock.io and we'll action it promptly. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Who's responsible

VoiceLock, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@voicelock.io.

Not legal advice. VoiceLock produces evidence of AI voice disclosure; your counsel decides how to use it. This privacy note describes our own handling of your details and nothing more.
